1: Service Delivery: Laundry services will be completed within 72 hours.Dry cleaning services will be completed within 120 hours.Urgent delivery services will incur an additional 100% charge.

2: Pickup and Delivery: Free pickup and delivery are available for orders of 6 KG or more.Customers are encouraged to inspect their garments upon delivery.

3: Liability and Risk: Fabo Fresh Solutions is not responsible for color fastness, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments or embroidery during processing.Efforts will be made to remove stains, but we are not responsible for stubborn stains.All items are accepted at the customer's risk.We are not liable for any loss or damage due to fire, burglary, or other unforeseen events.

4: Uncollected Garments: Garments not collected within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date will not be maintained by us.

5: Pricing: Pricing for garments will be determined based on their complexity. The rates in the price list are indicative and minimal.Prices may vary between stores and cities.

6: Cleaning Methods: We use various cleaning methods such as emulsifier wash, detergent, soft wash for delicate garments, and technologies like perchloroethylene and hydrocarbon.

7: Privacy Policy: We collect and protect customer information through store registration, mobile applications, or call centers.Customer information is used with consent for providing services, updates, offers, and feedback collection.

8: Dispute Resolution: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in our operating city.

9: Promotional Use: We may use images of your garments for promotional purposes.

10: Guaranteed Cloth Protection Program: We offer a protection program against damage/loss during processing. This includes up to 10 times the order value refund in case of loss or damage.Complaints about damages or quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
